Mentorship Program 2026

LINK TO MENTOR BIO'S

• Total of 3 mentor groups, each group being led by a mentor who is a prominent figure in the Austin CRE industry.
• Groups will be limited to 4-6 mentees.
• Consecutive monthly meet ups from February to July – exact times and dates to be decided by each group.
• Mentee's decide discussion topics most interesting to them and in  collaboration with Mentors set meeting format: round table breakfasts, guest speakers, happy hour, case study presentation, etc.
• $200 buy-in per mentee. This fee includes participation and food/beverages at the meetings.
• Each Mentee expected to attend every meeting with active participation.
• Mentors and mentees will be assigned by February 14th 2026 and will be notified of their assignments accordingly
• Final celebration to be scheduled on a date time convenient for a majority of participants in July (Date TBD)
• A Kick-off meeting will be held at Indeed tower further details to follow.
