Panelists:

Hudson Harrison, a West Texas native and Texas A&M University graduate, is a Senior Office Area Leader with Kimley-Horn’s Development Services team. With more than 19 years of experience, he specializes in project management and engineering design for land development projects across Texas, including healthcare, multifamily, single-family, retail, and municipal projects, as well as entitlements, zoning, and civil design. He served as Chair of the Board for the Real Estate Council of Austin in 2025 and will serve as Immediate Past Chair in 2026, focusing on advocacy supporting the commercial real estate industry in the Austin region.

Greg St. Clair is the Principal and founder of St. Clair Commercial Real Estate (SCCR), with more than 30 years of experience across all aspects of commercial real estate. Since launching SCCR in 2016, he has focused on industrial investments, acquiring over two million square feet of properties across major Texas markets and Southern California. The firm leverages strategic relationships with private and institutional capital to pursue value-add acquisitions, portfolio investments, and ground-up development, while also providing asset management and consulting services to select clients.

Zane Cole is a Senior Managing Director at JLL specializing in industrial tenant representation across Central Texas. With more than 20 years of transaction experience, he advises clients on leasing, acquisitions, and sales, combining deep market knowledge with a technical background as a former semiconductor software and marketing engineer. Zane has earned multiple industry honors, including Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitters,” CoStar Power Broker awards, and Industrial Deal of the Year recognition. A University of Texas at Austin computer science graduate and former collegiate track athlete, he is actively involved in several industry and community organizations.
